Your birth date is stored on your device first. On the server, KAYA keeps only the anonymous identifiers and minimum data needed for the app to work. We do not collect names.

Yes. Birth time gives Zi Wei Dou Shu more detail, but the main BaZi features still work without it. It is completely okay to begin with what you know.

First, restart the app and try Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. If Premium still does not appear, contact us with your OS, app version, and store. We will help you check it.

You can cancel from the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by each store. If you are unsure, start by checking which store you purchased through.

KAYA blends your fixed chart factors with the current day and the context you are viewing. It is not here to decide your life for you; it is a gentle cue for one small step you can take in love and connection today.

The chart calculation comes from a rules engine based on classical sources. AI is not predicting your future. It helps turn calculated love and connection flow into readable language you can receive as one small step for today.

Yes. Use Erase KAYA records in the app. After the app accepts the request, KAYA will try to clear records from your device and begin deleting eligible server data. For eligible server data, completion within 14 days is an operational target. If automated processing does not complete, KAYA will check the request and follow up manually as needed. Deleting your data does not cancel your Premium subscription; cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play. The contact form can help you find the in-app steps, but submitting it does not start deletion. See the Privacy Policy for data that may be retained.

Please include your OS, app version, the screen where it happened, steps to reproduce, and any error message if you have one. Whatever you know is enough; each clue helps us investigate faster.

Yes. In Letters, the underlying reading still follows classical rules, and AI helps shape the wording in KAYA's voice—the same policy as regular readings. Answers arrive like a sealed letter by the next morning. We do not provide readings for medical, legal, financial, or crisis topics, and those do not use a monthly slot.

Your safety comes before any reading. For self-harm, medical, legal, or severe financial crisis content, KAYA will not provide a personalized reading. Please reach local professional help or a crisis line in your area. That message does not use a Letters slot.
